Kafilat Ogbara is a Nigerian entrepreneur and politician who is serving in the 10th and current House of Representatives. She is an experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the media and production industry. She is skilled in Strategic Planning, Management, Leadership, Marketing, and Project Management.

Kafilat has served at different Parastatals as a Member, Board of Directors at the National Centre for Women Development at the Ministry Of Women Affairs, Abuja. She was one of the Board of Directors at the Horticultural Research Institute in the Ministry of Agriculture. She was also a Member, Board of Directors of the Nigeria Television Authority Abuja. She also served as the Commissioner of the Ministry of Audit Service Lagos State. She’s a gender right advocate, an icon of good governance, experienced grassroot mobilizer, Youthful and useful negotiator and an experienced media practitioner.

Kafilat is a graduate of English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos, she also acquired her Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and another Masters Degree in Public Administration all from the University of Lagos.
