Dolapo Agbede is a renowned expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in Africa. She is a Disability Inclusion Advisor at Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities. (JONAPWD) where she leads mainstreaming of multi-sectoral productivity options for talents with Disabilities across Nigeria.

Dolapo leverages her 18years private sector experience to focus on data-driven, sustainable solutions at the intersection of social engineering, technology, workforce cohesion, and Disability Inclusion.

She is the Founder and managing consultant of Will Way Paradigm – Africa’s leading Diversity and Inclusion service provider for the private/public sector. She is a Fellow of CProd, Member CIPM, a Certified NLP Practitioner, Yoga Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural therapist, a Mental Health first aider and a champion of the WISCAR program. She is a recipient of several prestigious Awards of note is the RAYLF award for her contribution to the HR Sector in Nigeria.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from University of Lagos, a Masters in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School and Executive Leadership training from Cornell and Harvard. She serves as a Director on several Boards.
