Mohammed Abba Isa is the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities. He is a distinguished champion of persons with disabilities with over a decade of experience in local and international advocacy on matters concerning persons with disabilities. Mohammed is the Executive Secretary and the Chief Executive Officer of the National Commission of Persons with Disabilities. He is a graduate of Public Administration with honors from the University of Maiduguri.
