The DIAL Awards is a platform to recognise and celebrate individuals and corporate organisations in the private, public and civil society sector. The goal is to inspire individuals and organisations alike to accelerate disability inclusion in their processes, policies, programs and physical and digital platforms.

We believe that when people are recognized and rewarded for excellence, they are motivated to do more while also serving as role models for others to emulate. Therefore, to commemorate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Project Enable Africa plans to have an event titled The DIAL Awards. The DIAL (Disability, Inclusion, and Leadership) Awards is an event to recognize and celebrate individuals and corporate organisations in the private, public, and civil society sectors who have done great work in promoting disability, inclusion, and leadership in the development space. The event aims to inspire individuals and organisations alike, to accelerate disability inclusion in their processes, policies, programs, and physical as well as digital platforms. Awards will be given to winners from a pool of nominated participants for different categories.
